1. Enter the standard length* from which you will be cutting.
2. Enter a Reference name of your choice.
3. Staring with P1, enter the quantity and length* for each part in your list.
4. Use the tab key to move forward to each respective part in sequence, do not skip over parts.
5. All lengths entered must not exceed the stock length.

* Length can be entered in feet or inches but must be entered in the following formats:  6'10 3/4, 6'-10 3/4", 6'10.75, 6'-10.75, 82.75", 82.75, 82 3/4",  82 3/4.  Using inches is the easiest. However, if you chose to enter in "feet", you must include an apostrophe ( ' ) as the foot symbol followed by a number for inches (i.e., 6'10)

Note:This Optimizer does not allow for material lost in the cutting process. Allow for kerfs -- the width of the saw cut -- when entering your dimensions.
